did the eaglet fly out of the nest? in the crook of the branch (top left , dark blob)

i havent been tuned in lately to the wash dc eagle came but at 511pm, pst, i tuned in and this is what i found...they have the camera focused on a bird in the branch of the tree, not in the nest...is that one of the eaglets?
